Sedan dess har Revo-teamet fortsatt att arbeta med SSP f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra funktionaliteten i deras servicehanteringssystem s\u00e5 att det kan utvecklas i takt med deras aff\u00e4rsbehov.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utmaningen<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Som ett stort, globalt f\u00f6retag f\u00f6rlitar sig SSP p\u00e5 Microsoft 365 f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra kommunikation och samarbete i hela verksamheten. Detta inneb\u00e4r att st\u00f6dja \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen till M365 f\u00f6r all personal under de kommande \u00e5ren. Idag har f\u00f6retaget ett team p\u00e5 7.000 personer i 29 l\u00e4nder.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utmaningen<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Supportteamet p\u00e5 Fiskars saknade tillg\u00e5ng till korrekta och uppdaterade data om de applikationer som anv\u00e4ndes inom Fiskars Group.
